Ammar Kouki Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Concordia University, Montreal, Canada. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and has built a distinguished academic and research career in Canada, focusing on advanced topics in telecommunications and signal processing. He has also been actively involved in graduate supervision, research leadership, and international collaborations. 

Farid Meziane Professor of Computer Science at the University of Derby, United Kingdom, where he is actively involved in teaching, research, and academic leadership. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and has an established academic career focusing on intelligent systems and data-driven technologies. He has contributed significantly to both theoretical and applied research in computing, with a strong emphasis on real-world applications.

Zoubeir Lafhaj Professor of Civil Engineering and Sustainable Construction at IMT Nord Europe (Institut Mines-Télécom), France, where he is also involved in research leadership and graduate supervision. He holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering and has developed a strong academic and industrial-oriented career focusing on sustainable construction, circular economy, and innovative building materials. He has contributed to several European and international research projects in collaboration with academia and industry.

Atef Zekri  is a Scientist at the Qatar Environment and Energy Research Institute (QEERI), Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU), Qatar. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Oldenburg, Germany, and has developed a research career focused on advanced materials development, additive manufacturing, corrosion science, and surface engineering. His research addresses the development and characterization of durable materials and protective coatings for harsh environments, with applications in energy and industrial systems. He has expertise in advanced materials characterization and multidisciplinary research aimed at improving material performance, reliability, and long-term durability.

Larbi Talbi Full Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Université du Québec en Outaouais (UQO), Canada. He is also affiliated with the LRTCS Laboratory. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Laval University, Canada. Following his doctoral studies, he completed a postdoctoral fellowship at INRS-Telecommunications (Montreal), where he contributed to research projects in personal communication systems.

Mohamed Mosbah Full Professor of Computer Science at Bordeaux INP, France, and a researcher at LaBRI (CNRS, university of Bordeaux). He is Vice-President for Digital Affairs at Bordeaux INP and founder and head of the Chair on Intelligent Mobility and Transportation. His research interests include intelligent transportation systems, vehicular and V2X communications, cooperative mobility, 5G/6G and edge computing, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity.
