* Virtual presenters will get official participation certificate and the conference proceedings after the conference in electronic form by e-mail.

* Only registered papers will be included in the conference program.

* At least one Full Registration is required for an accepted paper to appear in the conference proceedings.

* Authors of accepted papers must register by selecting either Full Registration (IEEE Member or Non-Member) or Student Full Registration to ensure their paper is included in the program.
